When do your groups run and for how long?

Our groups run for 4 weeks at a time consisting of two 1.5-hour weekly sessions.

Where are you based?

We are based in Victoria and our session times are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time, however, our service is online which means you can play from anywhere in Australia.

Do Players need experience playing D&D or Minecraft before?

No, Players do not need experience playing D&D or Minecraft, we help players every step of the way to make sure they have the best experience possible.

Do you cater Perth?

Yes, we cater to all of Australia so you can use our services no matter where you are in Australia.

What devices and programs are needed for D&D?

A Computer or Laptop with a webcam that meets the minimum requirements to run Talespire, Headphones, and Discord which is available as a free download from HERE. We will provide a seat on Talespire once you’ve joined Social Unity.

 What devices and programs are needed for Minecraft?

A Computer or Laptop with a webcam that meets the minimum requirements to run Minecraft, Headphones, and Discord which is available as a free download from HERE. We will provide a copy of Minecraft once you’ve joined Social Unity.

Is Discord a safe platform to use?

Our Discord server is only accessible through a unique link. Our Discord server is age-gated and moderated, members of our server are only allowed to speak to people within the same age group, not including our Group Leaders.

Is the Minecraft Server safe to use?

Yes, our Minecraft server is completely moderated and only people who are Social Unity members or employees will have access to the server.

Are you NDIS Registered? 

We are not NDIS Registered but are NDIS Friendly and can service Self and Plan Managed participants. We invoice NDIS Participants using the following categories:

Capacity Building - Improved Social and Community Participation

Core - Daily Activities & Social, Community, and Civic Participation

What goes into the price?

The price structure is formed from the initial registration, purchase of the game if needed, ongoing services, and unlimited access to our Minecraft servers for anyone in the ongoing Minecraft sessions.
